Child Safety Standards

Effective October 19, 2026.
1. Zero tolerance
PORUCH strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion and any attempt to facilitate these harms. PORUCH is restricted to adults 18+.
2. Reporting
Use in-app Report or contact poruch.admin@gmail.com. Do not email illegal images. Contact emergency services if a child is in immediate danger.
3. Response
Reports involving child safety are prioritized. The operator may suspend accounts, restrict access to content, preserve evidence lawfully and notify law enforcement or NCMEC when required. Reports are evaluated under applicable law; no unsupported fixed 24-hour resolution promise is made.
4. Handling suspected material
Do not download, forward or redistribute suspected CSAM. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and specialist processes. Reporting, preservation and deletion must comply with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. §2258A where applicable. An ordinary image-classification tool is not a substitute for this procedure.
5. Prevention and controls
18+ restrictions, reporting, blocking, manual moderation queues and new-photo content analysis help address abuse but cannot guarantee detection. SafeSearch is not a complete CSAM detector.
