Terms of Service

1. Agreement and scope
PORUCH is an adults-only dating and social-discovery application. These Terms govern your use of its mobile apps, website and related services (the “Service”). By affirmatively selecting “I Agree” after being given accessible links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you enter into an agreement with the identified operator. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A Google or Apple login alone is not acceptance. Changes that legally require renewed consent will be presented for affirmative acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and not prohibited by applicable law from using the Service. You must provide your true date of birth and must not impersonate anyone or use the Service for a minor. PORUCH may restrict or terminate accounts that appear ineligible. Self-reported age is not identity or criminal-history verification.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for information you submit and for reasonable care of your device and sign-in provider. Do not share or sell accounts, circumvent bans, scrape profiles, automate likes, attack the Service or use another person’s credentials. Report suspected compromise to poruch.admin@gmail.com. PORUCH may take proportionate security measures.
4. Nature of dating service
PORUCH facilitates discovery, likes, matches and messaging. It does not promise a match, response, relationship, compatibility, marriage, background screening, or user identity verification. PORUCH is not a party to relationships or offline arrangements between members.
5. Community standards
Do not threaten, harass, stalk, bully, discriminate, impersonate, defraud, solicit money deceptively, distribute malware or spam, promote unlawful transactions, facilitate trafficking or paid sexual services, disclose another person’s private information, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Do not share intimate images without consent, publish sexually explicit profile content, exploit or sexualize minors, or use synthetic/stolen images deceptively. Respect refusals and boundaries. The separate Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
6. Safety and offline meetings
Online and offline interactions carry risks. PORUCH does not systematically check members’ government identification, criminal histories or sex-offender registries unless a specific verified feature explicitly says otherwise. Exercise independent judgment; meet initially in public, tell someone you trust, and never send strangers money, passwords or verification codes. Call local emergency services in emergencies. Nothing here excuses PORUCH from liability that law does not permit it to exclude.
7. User content and license
You retain ownership of your lawful photos, profile information and messages. You warrant that you have rights and permissions to upload them. You grant the operator a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license, solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, display, transform for technical compatibility and deliver the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy. You do not grant a license to sell private messages or photos to advertisers. Recipients may screenshot or retain content outside PORUCH’s control.
8. Reports, moderation and enforcement
PORUCH may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose information where lawful and necessary. Reports of immediate danger and child exploitation receive priority. No universal 24-hour resolution guarantee is made. Users can report or block other users through available in-app controls and contact poruch.admin@gmail.com. Appeals may be submitted to that address. Moderation may occur after publication; no screening method guarantees detection of every violation.
9. Premium subscriptions
Free features and optional Premium benefits are described in-app. Before purchase, the store checkout shows current price, currency, billing period, renewal and any trial terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled under the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play process. Removing the app or deleting a PORUCH account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights follow applicable law and store rules. Premium does not guarantee matches, dates or replies. Features, prices and trials must be accurately disclosed at purchase; no trial is promised by these Terms.
10. Privacy and account deletion
Read our Privacy Policy at https://poruch.us/privacy. In-app deletion is available in Settings; public instructions: https://poruch.us/delete-account. Limited records and backups may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
11. Intellectual property
PORUCH branding, interface, code and service materials belong to the operator or licensors, excluding user content. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, nontransferable license to use the app as permitted by these Terms and applicable store rules. No reverse engineering or redistribution except where applicable law expressly permits.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is offered “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted operation, flawless security or successful dating outcomes. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
13. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes indirect, special, incidental and consequential losses and limits aggregate liability arising from the Service to the greater of US $100 or amounts actually paid for PORUCH services during the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or statutory right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or capped.
14. User indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify the operator against reasonable third-party claims and costs directly caused by your unlawful conduct, infringement of others’ rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not cover the operator’s own wrongdoing or negligence to the extent prohibited by law.
15. Disputes
Contact poruch.admin@gmail.com to seek informal resolution. These Terms do not establish binding arbitration, a class-action waiver or a jury-trial waiver. Mandatory rights and lawful access to courts and regulators remain unaffected.
16. Governing law
Texas law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of non-waivable protections in their place of residence. Jurisdiction and venue are determined by applicable law.
17. Changes, transfer and termination
PORUCH may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and existing paid entitlements. Material revisions will receive appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where required. Following a lawful restructuring, the operator may propose transfer of the Service and relevant agreements to a successor, with appropriate notice and privacy safeguards; no transfer is deemed to have occurred before it actually does. Users may stop using the Service or request deletion. The operator may suspend access for rule violations or safety risks, subject to applicable law.
18. App store terms
For the iOS app, these Terms are between you and the operator, not Apple. The operator, not Apple, is responsible for the app, maintenance, support and applicable claims, subject to law. Apple has no duty to provide support. Where the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as required by its minimum EULA terms; Apple has no other warranty obligation to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator is responsible for applicable product, regulatory and IP claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these iOS terms and may enforce them. You must comply with applicable third-party and store terms. Google Play purchases and app use are also subject to Google’s applicable terms. Store-specific terms do not remove mandatory rights.
19. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. English and Ukrainian versions are intended to be substantively equivalent; where legally permitted, the English version controls interpretation in US proceedings, without overriding mandatory language or consumer protections.

21. Background screening
PORUCH does not conduct criminal background checks on its members. Self-reported information and photo content screening do not verify identity, age, criminal history or sex-offender status.
