Privacy Policy

1. Data controller and scope

PORUCH LLC, a Texas limited liability company, operates the PORUCH mobile dating service. Contact: poruch.admin@gmail.com. This notice covers the mobile apps and related website, not the separate Telegram bot.

2. Account information

We process your verified sign-in provider identifier, email where provided, name where supplied, and session records. Google sign-in does not disclose your Google password to PORUCH. Apple sign-in is available only when configured and offered in the app.

3. Profile and activity

We store your profile name, private date of birth, displayed age, city, gender, dating preferences, biography, interests, relationship goals, optional lifestyle details and photos. Likes, skips, matches, blocks, reports, messages, delivery/read events, temporary typing state and subscription records support service operation. Preferences and conversations may reveal sexual orientation or other sensitive information.

4. Who can see information

Eligible users may see approved profile photos and the public fields you provide. Chat participants see their conversation. Full date of birth, email, provider identifiers, session credentials and exact coordinates are not public profile fields. Authorized staff may access information needed for support, moderation, security and legal requests. Chat is not end-to-end encrypted; recipients may retain screenshots outside our control.

5. Photos and automated moderation

New profile uploads are initially private and may be processed by Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch for content-safety classification. PORUCH applies its moderation rules: approved photos become eligible for display; rejected and pending-review photos remain private from other users. Uncertain results or service errors can require authorized manual review. Not all previously uploaded photos have been rescanned. This is not identity, age, biometric, criminal-background or complete child-abuse detection.

6. Location and device permissions

If you choose location-based search, the app requests device permission and can send coordinates and accuracy to support distance filtering. Exact coordinates remain private; city is a separate public profile field. You can remove saved location in search settings. Photo selection, camera and notification permissions depend on platform and enabled features; declining optional permissions does not grant hidden access.

7. Service providers and purchases

DigitalOcean hosts the mobile service and PostgreSQL/media storage. Google supports sign-in, photo-safety processing and Android purchase verification. Apple processes iOS store transactions when that feature is configured. Store transaction references, status and expiry support entitlements and fraud prevention. Card details are handled by the store, not collected by PORUCH. Push-related data is processed only when push is configured and enabled. No advertising or cross-app tracking integration was identified in the reviewed source; this does not claim every future build is identical.

8. Purposes and security

We use information to provide profiles, discovery, matches, messaging, permissions, subscriptions, support, moderation, abuse prevention and legal compliance. HTTPS and access controls reduce risk but do not guarantee security. Request/security metadata and event records may be processed for operations; private messages, credentials and tokens should not be placed in routine logs.

9. Retention and account deletion

Use in-app Settings to initiate account deletion, or follow https://poruch.us/delete-account. Operational profile, photo, messaging and session data are removed through the deletion process. Limited anti-abuse identity restrictions, moderation audit or store-verification records may remain where necessary for security, legal compliance or purchase reconciliation. Backups can contain older records until their lifecycle expires. A fixed maximum backup-retention period has not yet been implemented; we do not promise a 30-day maximum. Deleting the app does not delete your account; deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

10. Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile, remove photos and saved location, block or report users, export available account data and initiate deletion in-app. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection by writing to poruch.admin@gmail.com. We may require proportionate identity verification without requesting your provider password. Contact your regulator where applicable.

11. Children and international processing

PORUCH is restricted to adults 18+. Report suspected minors or exploitation through in-app Report or poruch.admin@gmail.com. Information may be preserved or disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. Data may be processed in the United States and by relevant service providers in other countries; cross-border availability does not itself establish compliance with every local law.

12. Updates

Material changes receive appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where required. Acknowledging this notice is not blanket consent to every processing activity.
